My designs are meant to be flexible—easy to adapt to your land, your budget, and your lifestyle. I encourage you to truly make your plan your own: add or remove windows or skylights, adjust room sizes, include extra rooms, or incorporate features unique to your vision.

If there’s a plan that feels almost perfect, let’s work together to make it exactly right.

With this add-on service the first five (5) hours of drafting time are included, where we take your previously purchased stock set of plans and modify it to your specifications.

Many minor changes can be completed within the included 5-hours of drafting time. If additional drafting time is needed, it’s available at my standard rate of USD $90/hour.
Please note: if you use a discount coupon or sale price to purchase this service, your included hours of design and drafting will be reduced to match the discounted price you pay. For example, if you use a 50% off coupon, your included drafting & design hours are also reduced by 50%
