This larger size of this version of the ‘Colorado’ allows for a conventional, code-legal set of stairs up to a larger loft bedroom. The drawings show a bunk room on the main floor but it could just as easily accommodate a small kitchen instead, giving you self-sufficiency for longer-term stays.
