the Raven Original v.2

These are the blueprints for the famous Raven Original (+ bathroom version), featured widely in many online articles and in print, including the books Cabin Porn: Inside and Tiny House: Live Small, Dream Big.
Build it as a DIY project (we did it and many others have as well), or hand the plans off to a professional builder. I built ours, solo, in about 4 months - more hands could make it even quicker for you.

SIZE: Total living area is 597 sq ft. (347 downstairs, 145 in the 2 lofts plus 105 in the screened porch.) Footprint measures 21x28 ft. The optional full bathroom is 50 sq ft.
